Deliveries

Euro Classic Parts offers free delivery for orders NZD $49.99 and over within New Zealand.

Products displayed as being ‘in stock’ are available to be immediately sent in accordance without our normal delivery times. Orders placed after 4pm, will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery timeframes.

No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Public Holidays.  Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Public Holiday will be delivered the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays will not be sent until the following working day.

For tracked upgrades, please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this it not be left without a signature. If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card that will be left to rearrange your delivery. In the event of multiple failed attempts to deliver, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges levied by the courier company. Any additional instructions to the courier company must be agreed by Euro Classic Parts.

In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, claims must be submitted in writing. In the event of non-delivery, please wait 10 days for your item in case it has been delayed in shipping. Damaged goods must be retained in case we need to arrange for inspection.

The stock indication system on our web site indicates whether we have particular items in stock or if they are out of stock. While the stock indication status displayed is updated regularly, actual stock at our warehouse may vary to that shown on the site (for example, where another order has been received before your order can be processed). In the event of this occurring, we will e-mail you advising you of the change in stock status.
